The Toronto Raptors are expected to look a little different when it comes to their depth chart for the upcoming season. ## Who Makes the Rotation?
The Kawhi Leonard trade still remains in limbo as the league investigates the allegations for salary cap circumvention. Head coach Darko Rajakovic is looking at his 10-man rotation. ## Starting Lineup
Immanuel Quickley is set to start at point guard, despite any rumblings in the rumor mill, on his third season of his five-year, $162.5 million contract. His effective field goal percentage climbed to 54.1 per cent last season. RJ Barrett will start at shooting guard, after putting together a productive season, proving why the Raptors should extend him. Kawhi Leonard is expected to start at small forward, coming off a career-high 27.9 per cent shooting. Scottie Barnes will start at power forward, coming off another productive season that landed him a second All-Star nod. Jakob Poeltl will start at center, despite criticism around his production, especially from this last season. ## Backup Players
Jamal Shead will be the backup point guard, after playing in all 82 games last season. Ja’Kobe Walter has the backup shooting guard spot, with Dick out of the picture for minutes. The Raptors' recent form has been 3W-0D-2L, with their last result being Cleveland Cavaliers 114-102 Toronto Raptors on 2026-05-03. This season will be interesting for the Raptors, with Kawhi Leonard's trade looming and the team looking to make a push for the playoffs.
