The Toronto Raptors already have a set starting lineup, barring any major trades this offseason. Adding another rotation player at No. 19, who can shoot threes at a high level, should be the goal. Scottie Barnes and Collin Murray-Boyles are plus defenders, but they were in the bottom 10 of both threes per game and three-point percentage last season. And with a 46-36 record, the Raptors have the makings of a potentially devastating defense. But they need to add a couple reliable outside shooters to this mix, they'll be a far more dangerous team. The 2025-26 season saw the Raptors with a 115.0 rating, which is not enough to make a deep playoff run. So, the front office needs to make some moves to improve the team's offense. With the 19th pick in the draft, the Raptors might find a keeper outside the lottery. The team has plenty of young players on the roster, but Barnes looks like the only one with real star potential. And with a class as deep as this one, there's at least a chance Toronto finds a player who can contribute right away. The Raptors have draft picks 19 and 50, which gives them some flexibility to make some moves. But for now, the focus is on adding a player who can shoot threes at a high level.
